Pepi Penguin Club

Based in specially designed club rooms, your little ones will have the full benefit of a strict ratio of adults to children, with fun activities like arts and crafts, toys, games and outdoor play.

Our crèches are for children aged 6mths-4yrs and are available in two formats:

Resort Club

These are available to all our customers staying in that resort on a drop-off and pick-up basis and may normally involve walking or taking a bus or ski lift.

Exclusive Club

Providing a crèche exclusively to those customers staying at a particular property.

What's included?

At least one qualified nanny per club (NNEB, BTEC, NVQ3 or equivalent)

Minimum ratio of one nanny per 3 children under 2 yrs, and one nanny per 4 children if all children are aged 2-4 yrs (please be aware there may not always be two staff present, at all times, but we will always ensure correct adult:child ratios are adhered to)

Pepi Penguin Club hours are 08.30am-5.00pm 6 days per week. (Times may vary in certain resorts in order to fit in with parents' ski school classes, although the number of hours offered in total will remain the same)

Main play area will be equipped with a range of toys, games, puzzles, books& art/craft materials to keep your little ones entertained

Outdoor play & activities (weather & parental consent permitting)

Snacks and drinks

1 night's free evening club included which takes place on the chef's night off for Club Hotel children or babysitting/listening for Chalet children. Both services run from 7.30-10pm & are only available if full days have been pre-booked and staying in the actual Pepi Penguin Club property

Whizz Kids Club

 This club is for children aged 3 or 4 -11 yrs

Whizz Kids will have your youngster taking part in loads of fun with a range on indoor and outdoor play. If your child is booked into morning ski lessons, we will drop them off and pick them up and entertain them until after lunch.

All children booked into our Whizz Kids Clubs will be looked after by ourfun and caring staff who have a combination of qualifications and experience. They will take your children to and from ski school, bridge the lunchtime gap, organise a range of indoor and outdoor activities on a half-day or full-day basis, and will supervise children at the end of the day allowing you to return from the slopes at your leisure.

The clubs are available to all customers staying in any of the accommodations throughout that resort

Please note: we ask that all children booked into Whizz Kids are toilet trained

Private Nanny Service

Our private nannies will care for children in your family or group aged 6 mths - 5 yrs in the comfort of your own chalet bringing a suitcase full of toys, games, books, puzzles, plus art and craft materials with them, to ensure fun is had by all!.

Everyone will look forward to exciting and fun activities both indoors and outdoors (with your consent), including snowman building, sledging, walks and general 'fun' in the snow!

What are the ratios?

Your Private Nanny will care for 2 children aged under 2 yrs old or for up to 3 children aged 2 yrs and over

Your child/rens snacks, drinks and lunch

Care from 08.30am - 5.00pm, 5 days a week*

1 free nights babysitting, which will take place on your chalet host's 'night off' from 7.30-10pm

Where is this offered?

Private Nannies are available to families and groups booking an entire chalet in either Meribel, Courchevel, Tignes and Val d'Isere in France

Snuggle Club

An evening club especially tailored for the needs of our younger guests which runs on 6 evenings a week. This allows you to relax and enjoy your dinner knowing your little ones are being cared for by our staff.

The Snuggle Club is designed for children aged 6 mths-4 yrs and runs from 7.30-9.30pm (on your chef's evening off this will be extended to 10pm) . After your little ones have had their early dinner this is a perfect wind-down time for them to join their new friends, following their fun packed day. Quiet play & bedtime stories will ensure they are relaxed in preparation for bedtime, whilst you enjoy your dinner.

Pyjama Club

An evening club to keep your older children entertained whilst you are enjoying dinner. The Pyjama Club runs on 6 evenings a week for children aged 4 yrs-11yrs, from 7.30-9.30pm Depending on the children's wishes & ages each particular night activities will vary, but may include DVD nights, face painting, quizzes, board games, musical games & much more!

Both evening clubs are for club hotel customers and will be run by our dedicated team of childcare staff, based in your club hotel* & are included to all families when pre-booking full days in either the crèche or club. Knowing this, you too can relax & enjoy your evening!

*Clubs only operate if a crèche or club is based within the hotel.

Please note:

There will be a £20 supplement if you book a Whizz Kids Club for Christmas, New Year, Half Term and Easter.

Due to our security policy we require that your child/ren are signed in & out of the Whizz Kids Club before & after ski school at only the club location. Children may also need to accompany Whizz Kid Leaders to ski school when other children are being dropped off or picked up.
