The Balcons du Soleil are high standard apartments located in the heart of the Falaise area. The apartments are located in several buildings, all right next to the slopes. A 7 dinner card is available offering 3-course evening meals taken at a nearby restaurant (choice from set menu).

The 'Premium' formula is available for a supplement and includes beds made up on arrival, change of bath towels mid-week, and mid-week cleaning. If taking this extra every person within the apartment must book.

All apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette with four hotplates, fridge, microwave grill-oven, dishwasher, TV and coffee maker, bathroom with WC and a balcony

Type C studios - sleep 2-4: have a living area with two single sofa beds or one sofa bed and one pull out bed and a cabin room with bunk beds.

Type C1 apartments - sleep 2-4: have a living area with two single sofa beds and a double bedroom.

Type F apartments sleep 2-7: have a living area with two single sofa beds and a pull-out bed, a separate double bedroom, a cabin room with bunk beds and some have an additional WC.

Type G apartments sleep 2-8: have a living area with two single sofa beds, a cabin room with bunk beds, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is an additional shower room and balcony.
